Reason: Ugo.Iam.37 is spamming the comments talking about shoes, posting shoe pictures on a wiki that is not designed as a fetish wiki and he is making blank pages. I have reported him to the admins but he never seems to get blocked and he keeps being given chances, he says "sorry" but he continues to misbehave and do the things I listed. Can you get rid of him? He was literally on shoe wikis, I told him to go to Miraheze but he isn't listening.

I understand your frustration and I apologize that we cannot intervene in this type of situation. The lack of a block by local admins is a tacit approval of whatever actions they are doing.
