:::Adding to this. The filter actually says to replace the "maniax" by "home". If the works aren't R18 rated, there is a version in the safe version of DLSite (the "home" version for JP site). You would be allowed to publish these links by using the "all audiences" version of the website. spammers use url shortener links to redirect users to phishing sites. so Please change all t{{.}}co links on the page where your edits are blocked to the actual URL it resolves to.
