You can use this page to leave reports of bad vandalism on wikis that have no admins to clean things up, or in cases of cross-wiki vandalism. When reporting vandalism, please include a link to the Wiki as well as a link to the vandal's contributions page.

SOAP does not do CheckUser requests, hence SOAP won't handle reports about sockpuppets unless cross-wiki vandalism or advertising spam. Please contact Fandom Staff instead for CheckUser/reporting sockpuppets (such as ban evasion).

Hey, you have already blocked the users so there's nothing more for SOAP to do. Additionally, adding false information would be classed as a content-related issue, and SOAP only deal with vandalism and spam.

Since you are the local admin on the wiki, you can block these users through Special:Block since SOAP doesn't intervene when there's local admins active. But according to a Discussion post on Community Central, it appears you don't know how to block users? You can read the the help page about Blocking for more information and how to block users. Hi there, SOAP doesn't deal with behavioral issues, however I have received a report in the past where a similar user would be rather "annoying" in pestering other users on their message walls with endless questions. I had recommended the reporter to contact Fandom Staff with regards to this user, and the user has been dealt with by Fandom staff, so I would recommend that you also do the same and contact Fandom Staff for further assistance.
